Our Free and Confidential Services
Perhaps you’re not ready to tell anyone yet, but you need answers. If you’re still in school and funds are limited, please visit us. We offer several no-cost services to assist you. Take advantage of the following:
- Pregnancy testing
- Limited OB ultrasounds
- Limited STI testing and treatment
You Have Options
Once we confirm your pregnancy, we can discuss your situation and explore the various options available to you.
You Have Rights
Under Title IX, the government has specifically protected you from discrimination due to pregnancy, childbirth, or parental responsibilities.
The law states, “Students must be allowed to take time off of school for pregnancy, childbirth, miscarriage, false pregnancy, abortion, and/or recovery for as long as their doctor says is medically necessary.”
Title IX also mandates freedom from harassment, intimidation, or other discrimination because of pregnancy-related conditions. You can participate in school-sponsored extracurricular activities, athletics, and lab and clinical work without penalty.
After giving birth, Title IX allows you to return to your school at the same academic level as before.
